These terms explain the appropriate use of the EZ Review Center learning and examination-preparation platform.
Educational purpose
EZ Review Center provides independent review materials, practice examinations, diagnostics, and progress tools. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the Civil Service Commission, and it does not guarantee an examination result.
Your account and activity
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for providing accurate account information. Practice results and progress indicators are provided to support study planning.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt examinations, scrape protected content, or copy and redistribute question-bank or reviewer materials without permission.
Question and result review
Questions and answer keys are reviewed carefully, but you may report a suspected issue for verification. Scores shown by the platform are review results only and are not official CSC ratings.
Changes and availability
Content, features, and these terms may be updated to improve accuracy, security, and usability. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance.
